Do I keep 100% of my rights?
Yes. You retain full ownership of your masters and complete control over your catalog at all times. Stormi neverclaims ownership of your music. Your rights are yours - before, during, and after using our platform.
Can I leave anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. You retain full ownership of your music and can request a takedown whenever you choose. Your catalog, your call.
Can I switch from another distributor?
Yes. You can transfer your existing catalog to Stormi. We guide you through the process to ensure your music stays live and your streaming history is preserved where possible. Switching distributors does not affect your ownership - you always keep your rights.
When do I get paid?
Royalties are paid out monthly once received from streaming platforms. Please note that platforms typically report and pay with a 3 to 4 month delay, so your fi rst payment will usually arrive within that window after yourmusic goes live. You can track all reported earnings transparently inside your dashboard.
Can I see my earnings per track?
Yes. Your dashboard gives you a full breakdown of royalties per release and per track, based on reports receive ddirectly from streaming platforms.
Are releases really unlimited?
Yes. You can release unlimited singles, EPs, and albums with no additional per-release fees. Unlimited means unlimited - there are no caps on how much you can upload. We do expect professional and legitimate use of the platform in line with industry standards.
Where do you distribute?
We distribute to all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Deezer, Tidal, SoundCloud, Beatport, Traxsource, Pandora, Anghami, Boomplay, Audiomack, Tencent (QQ Music, KuGou, Kuwo), NetEase Cloud Music, and JioSaavn - plus 200+ additional global storesand platforms worldwide.
How long does it take for my music to go live?
We guarantee delivery to streaming platforms within 7 days after approval. Faster turnaround is sometimes possible, but not guaranteed. For the best chance at algorithmic and editorial consideration, we strongly recommend distributing at least 14 days before your release date - in line with streaming platform guidelines.
Will my music be available on social platforms?
Yes. Your music is delivered to major social and short-form video platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts - allowing creators and fans to use your sound in their content.
How do royalty splits work?
Royalty splits are currently in beta. You can assign percentage splits for each collaborator directly inside your release. Each collaborator then receives a monthly royalty statement by email based on their share. You stay incontrol of the payouts and simply transfer the agreed amount to your collaborators. No spreadsheets. No manual calculations.
